The best advice I ever recieved was to smile…..even when you don’t feel like it, just SMILE. Scientifically speaking, it takes more muscles to frown than to smile. And if you frown too much, when you get older, you’ll have to get tons of lipo to reverse the damage. So, if I were you, I would just smile. ‘Cause frowning just isn’t worth it.
